Shipping & Returns

How much shipping costs do I pay?

​

The shipping costs are 4.95 euros for orders up to 40 euros. For orders above 40 euros, no shipping costs will be charged. This applies to both deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium.

 

How fast is delivery?

​

The expected delivery time is stated for each product. If you still have questions about the delivery time, you can contact customer service via  info@sophiesiero.com . The stated expected delivery time starts after receipt of payment.

 

Can I have my package delivered to an address other than the billing address?

  Yes. In the ordering process you can choose a different delivery address

 

What happens if I order multiple products with different delivery times?

We wait until the order is complete, so that we can send it to you in one go. If you prefer to receive a product sooner, please contact our customer service via  info@sophiesiero.com .

 

Can I track the status of my order?

​

At the time of shipment you will automatically receive an email with the tracking information. This way you can see exactly what the status of your order is and where the package is.

 

Who delivers my order?

​

All deliveries are made with PostNL or DPD. They deliver your order during the day to the shipping address you specified. Tip: You can also have your order delivered to your work, so you can be sure that you will receive it quickly.
For special and heavy shipments, we can call on the services of another carrier.

 

What if I'm not at home?  

​

If you are not able to receive your order, when the delivery service offers it, the delivery person will leave a notification. This is usually done by means of a note or card in the letterbox. It is also possible that the delivery person delivers your package to the neighbors. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by means of the track and trace data sent. This also shows what happens to your package if you have not been able to receive it.  

 

Can I make a delivery appointment?

Unfortunately it is not possible to make a delivery appointment. We depend on the driver route of the delivery services.

I want to return something, what should I do?

In order to be able to process your return in good order, we request that you  online return form (click here).

    ***Note the return period is 30 days***

This period starts on the day you receive your order. After this time has passed, return requests will not be accepted.
 

Receipt check

​

Check immediately after receipt whether your order has been delivered undamaged and completely according to the invoice. Something damaged or incomplete? Contact us directly at the email address info@sophiesiero.com
In the event of a damaged delivery, we will probably file a claim with the transport company. If we can immediately receive a photo of the damaged item, this can speed up the procedure.

 

I want to return something, what should I do?

 

Still not satisfied with your order? Sorry, but no problem at all. Click on the link below to complete the return form. Then we are also aware that something will be returned.

After completing the form, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours on working days with the return instructions.

How can I exchange?

Exchange is not possible. You can order the desired item via the website and return the unwanted items.

Can I return my order at any time?

 

Some return conditions apply:

- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery or the return must be registered

- Make sure that the product is complete, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in original unwritten packaging. If this is not the case, we can charge you a depreciation

Can I give or exchange my order to the driver?

 

This is not possible.

Can I have my order picked up?

No, collection is not possible. We use the network of the DPD Parcelshops for returns. You will receive a prepaid return label from us so that the package can be returned free of charge.

How does the refund work?

​

After we have received your return, it will be checked. If your return shipment meets the return conditions, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you placed the original order. Of course, no costs will be charged for the refund.

  • Did you pay by credit card? The purchase amount will be returned to your account within 2-3 weeks.

  • Did you pay with iDEAL or Bancontact? The purchase amount will be on your account within 5 working days at the latest.

  • Did you pay with Paypal? You can usually expect the refund within one working day.

Note: Have you only returned part of the order? Then the shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you have ordered multiple items, return a part, and the final order value falls below €50, shipping costs may be charged with the partial refund.
